Assoc. Prof. Dr.Sungsit Piriyaransan, Senate/ Thai Parliament
At that time, he also served as the Dean of the College of Social Innovation at Rangsit University. Dr. Veraphong Chutipat, a former director of the Thai Investors Association and an Assistant Dean, was a key figure in its founding.
Dr. Sangsit discussed with him , saying, “What can we do to enable the middle-class population of Thailand to have investment knowledge? This would help them survive in the new economy.” As a result, the CSI program, short for Certificate in Strategic Investment for Optimal Return, was established. It initially operated under the College of Social Innovation at Rangsit University.
On Saturday, June 2, 2012, the CSI Investor Training Program, under the College of Social Innovation at Rangsit University, held its inaugural training program for the first generation of investors. Dr. Waritsiri Worajaraschot served as the Chairman for the first generation, and subsequent generations have continued to receive training under various investors.
Over the past decade, the CSI Investor Training Program has now opened up to its 23rd batch.

-“10-Dart Stock Investment Strategy” course by Thiwa Chinthadaphong (Master Mi), Thammongchai Ekarungroj (Yung..Born to Trade), and Nirand Nirand Pravittayathorn and the “Stock Market Trading Tips for Profits” course by Stock Vitamin.
-SSF (Stock Screening through Financial Statement Analysis) by Dr.Sansakrit Vijitlekhakarn, Faculty of Commerce & Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University
